Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of the Liqaa platform operated by PT Kinetikum Indo Solusi. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Liqaa for: legitimate business communications with your customers, customer service and technical support via chat, conversation automation using AI features to improve business efficiency, managing and analyzing customer conversations through the dashboard, and multi-channel integration (website, Telegram, WhatsApp) for business operations.
3. Prohibited Use
You are PROHIBITED from using Liqaa for: sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or fraudulent communications; illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, or violations of Indonesian law; collecting personal data without valid consent from data subjects; distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code through the platform; impersonating others or providing false information; violating third-party intellectual property rights; attempting to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization; using AI features to generate misleading, harmful, or illegal content; and reverse engineering or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
4. Fair Use Limits
Each account is subject to fair use limits including: message volume, API calls, and data storage according to your subscription plan. Excessive usage that disrupts service performance for other users may result in temporary throttling. PT Kinetikum Indo Solusi reserves the right to set and adjust usage limits with reasonable notice.
5. Enforcement
PT Kinetikum Indo Solusi reserves the right to: monitor service usage to ensure compliance, suspend access if violations are detected, terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy, report illegal activities to appropriate authorities, and take legal action as necessary to protect the platform and its users.
6. Reporting Violations
If you discover usage of Liqaa that violates this policy, please report it immediately to abuse@kinexa.id. We take all reports seriously and will thoroughly investigate every reported violation.
